Together we select fresh ingredients, learn how locals choose produce, and discover the foundations of Khmer plant-based cooking.

Back at HeyBong, you cook step by step in a small group, preparing every dish from scratch — including traditional Khmer curry paste made by hand.

 

This is not just a cooking class.
It is a complete market-to-table journey.

Menu A focuses on fresh ingredients and gentle flavors inspired by Cambodian home cooking. Mild, balanced and ideal for first-time Cambodian cuisine.

Menu B is inspired by Cambodian street food and our HeyBong signature kitchen.
